NHRI is an incorporated not-for-profit organization whose vision and direction are set by its’ Board of Directors. This dedicated group is comprised of representatives from NHRI’s financial partners and its executive director. The role of the Board of Directors is to set the vision and direction of the organisation, approve its budgets and to evaluate the performance of the NHRI team.

NHRI’s stakeholder committee is made up of various partner representatives and key NHRI Staff. The committee reports to the executive director, and it is responsible for establishing research priorities as well as selecting and steering projects. The stakeholder committee also evaluates NHRI’s performance and reports its findings to the Board of Directors.
