This invitation is for anyone who may be interested in hearing more about the Canadian Institute of Forestry – Maritimes Section. The CIF is an important traditional organization in the forest industry that encourages personal development, strong networks, community, and education in forestry and related sectors. Below is a description of this organization, and the annual general meeting coming up at the forestry complex in Fredericton on November 15 (open to non-members, great for networking). There is also information for students who may be interested in representing their school on the CIF board, as they are offering to cover full CIF memberships for the two-year term.
